Savoring the Classic Panettone means taking a journey into the past. Even today our pastry chefs stick to an ancient recipe handed down from generation to generation, the result of years of experience, passion and dedication.
Our panettone is made with natural mother yeast, carefully treated throughout the year to be kept alive.
The result is a soft, delicate and well digestible product, as it does not contain preservatives, dyes and hydrogenated fats.
To be able to savor it at its best, we advise you to keep it in a cool and dry place (10 ° -15 °) and warm it slightly half an hour before consuming it.
