Pollen is composed of a multitude of microscopic granules contained in the flowers and has the appearance of a powder of different colors depending on the origin. It is harvested in the Lunigiana region and produced through the cold dehumidification process that guarantees to retain the many natural properties to the maximum. Pollen is therefore one of the best nutritional sources of proteins, essential amino acids and vitamins.
