Pesto alla Genovese by Saporare embodies the traditional Ligurian gastronomy. It is produced according to the classical recipe handed down and protected by the Consorzio del pesto genovese. The sole basic ingredient is the DOP Genovese basil leaves, which are crushed and cold-mixed with extra virgin olive oil, DOP Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, walnuts, Pecorino cheese, pine nuts, garlic and salt without any heat treatment.
